A leading learning and development and talent consultancy is seeking a dedicated HR and Resourcing Manager to join its busy head office team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this not-to-be-missed role shall see the successful candidate working in a high-performing working environment and in a role which will be key to the continued growth and success of the organisation.
My client is an outstanding organisation which has gone from strength to strength since it's inception, over a decade ago, as manifested by the range of awards it has won from industry bodies for its services to clients.As HR and Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with Project Managers and the Head of Delivery to forecast and track the long-term capacity of the existing team, identifying and address short-term risks.
You will utilise resourcing software to produce weekly KPI reports before presenting summary analysis and recommendations to the Senior Management Team, as well as managing work requests across the organisation and coordinating staff to create proposals and RFP's.
In addition, the HR and Resourcing Manager will play a lead role in the recruitment strategy and operations of the company, including designing job descriptions, sourcing, reviewing and interviewing prospective candidates and working closely with recruitment agencies to support hires as required, as well as staying up to date with changes to HR legislation and compliance.
