An award winning mortgage brokers based in the heart of the city are looking to recruit an adaptable and proactive Administrator. The placeholder will support the HR Advisor and Head of Business Support. A brilliant opportunity to gain generalist HR support as well as diverse exposure within the business.


- Support in a diverse range of admin tasks to support the HR function for the business
- Support in the management and administration of the company benefits
- Working alongside the HR Advisor to support with Recruitment
- Assess and undertake appropriate checks on all employed and self-employed members and their staff in accordance to regulatory standards. This includes, new starters, leavers, internal transfers and annual assessments
- Submit FCA application forms via Connect for all starters and leavers
- Manage and maintain adequate records in accordance with regulatory rules
- To support Senior Management with agreement/document issuance and amendments
- Drafting of contracts
- Maintaining data cleansing and integrity on sales and HR systems
- Assist with HR administration, drafting of letters and contracts
- Assist with projects as directed
- Responsible for Introducer agreements and process


- HR administration experience is essential
- A HR qualification, degree or CIPD would be preferred
- Experience working within a regulated environment is highly beneficial
- Able to work to high levels of precision and accuracy
- Commercia awareness and appreciation of confidentiality
- Some experience in delivering tasks related to projects
- Delivering to tight deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel & Microsoft Outlook)
