HR ADVISOR

We are currently seeking an experience HR professional to join a small but friendly HR team in York.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge and a new step in their career.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW

• Up to £36,000
• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (can be slightly flexible).
• Permanent.
• Central location with free onsite parking and very well connected with public transport.
• Great, supportive team to be part of.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY

• Support the HR team to deliver an efficient and proactive service across the organisation.
• Provide support to managers with advice and guidance whilst adhering to policies and procedures already in place.
• Deliver specialist knowledge and advice for Employee Relations queries and issues. Referring complex cases when necessary.
• Managing all Employee Relations cases.
• Support the wider HR team where necessary.
• Assist in the development and training.
• Support in organisational change.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:

• Experience working in a similar role.
• Minimum Level 5 CIPD Qualified.
• Very good understanding of employment law and employee relations.
• Experience within healthcare would be a very distinct advantage.
