Cambridge Regional College has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team in Cambridge. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis working 18.5 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,784 - £30,481 per annum, pro rata plus benefits.

About the role:
As our HR Advisor, you will work as part of the Human Resources team, based primarily at the College's Cambridge Campus but working across both the Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses, you will be responsible for leading, advising and supporting on all HR issues falling within designated areas of the College in line with the Department's organisational objectives and for ensuring a high level of professionalism is maintained.
What we’re looking for in our HR Advisor:
The ideal candidate will hold a full/part CIPD qualification and have a degree, HNC/HND or equivalent level qualification. Candidates with substantial and directly relevant equivalent experience will also be considered.
It is essential that the successful candidate is competent in IT skills. It is desirable that the successful candidate has experience in supporting and advising on the use of HR software.
We are seeking a driven and highly motivated professional with significant experience of managing employee relations cases to conclusion, providing professional advice and guidance to managers and staff in the full range of HR issues and a candidate with a good knowledge of employment law.
