The HR Advisor is responsible for driving and delivering the people plan and providing a consultancy service to the business.
Ideally the HR Advisor will have generalist experience with employee relations, coaching and mentoring and recruitment. You should be CIPD qualified with the ability to maintain a commercial focus. Experience working within a business that has gone through a significant restructure would be beneficial. You should be forward-thinking and consultative in approach and possess solid generalist HR experience. This is an exciting and varied role with lots of autonomy and the ability to positively impact an already successful business.
