An exciting new opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a company based in Leatherhead. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on level of experience.

You must be CIPD qualified and have previously worked in an HR role at a similar level.

In the role you will have duties and responsibilities covering various areas, including training and development, employee relations and recruitment. You will:
• Ensure all policies and procedures are up-to-date at all times and in line with current employment legislation
• Recruitment, selection and interview of all levels of staff, including screening applications, utilising job boards, producing offer letters, and obtaining references and eligibility to work documentation
• Manage all ER issues and be responsible for employee safety and welfare
• Manage performance and encourage development through tailored training programmes
• Maintain up-to-date records, such as absences, holiday request forms and sickness certificates
• Other duties as reasonably requested

Key requirements:
• You must be CIPD qualified
• Previous experience in a similar role covering similar duties
• Excellent communication skills and IT skills, including Excel
• A team-orientated approach and the ability to build effective working relationships
• Excellent attention to detail
