HR Advisor and Facilities Coordinator- Freight forwarding

My clients a well-established, growing freight forwarding company based within the Heathrow area. They are currently seeking a HR Advisor and Facilities Coordinator to join their team!

Duties would include:

  • Interviewing candidates with the relevant managers
  • Advertising roles
  • Liaising with agencies
  • Working on recruitment projects
  • Preparing contract and offer letters
  • Ensure all HR Processes are implemented
  • Liasing with contracts, supplier and vendors when needed
  • Overseeing all health and safety for the branch
  • Respond to general queries relating to HR and HR databases
  • On boarding starters
  • Leading employee relations procedures (disciplinary, grievances, probation etc)
  • Weekly meetings with Director

Skills required:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • CIPD level 5/ Degree within HR
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Good knowledge of freight forwarding
  • Outgoing
  • Attention to detail
  • PC literate
  • Good communication skills

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday (days)
