We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources Team. This is a varied and challenging role providing exposure to a diverse range of HR topics.
Working in the HR team based at Worcester and reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Adviser will actively support the operation of the business by providing advice and guidance to managers on a range of HR matters, including absence management, employee relations, training and development, recruitment, performance management, and TUPE. The role will include the production of regular management reports using the HR data system. The HR Adviser will also assist with key HR projects and initiatives in the wider HR team.
Degree educated and CIPD qualified (or working towards the qualification), good analytical skills are required to be successful in the role, together with a proactive and engaging approach.
