Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

-Handling all new starters, leavers, benefits and administering payroll
-Working with the HR Ops team and stakeholders to keep upto date on any reports and payroll changes.
-Well organised, strong accuracy
-Advising on HR queries (including payroll & tax queries)
-Processing HR invoices
-Book meeting rooms, taking minutes and general HR Administrative duties

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

-Experience processing starters, leavers and payroll administration
-Strong HR background and knowledge, able to answer queries in line with UK law and legislation
-Brilliant attention to detail and numeracy skills
-Proficient at data Microsoft Excel & HR systems
-Experience designing, implementing and maintaining databases
-Able to work independently and experience handling the monthly payroll cycle
-Preferably experience with the system Workday
-Running reports
