This is a varied HR Administration role working for a well-known local employer. The role is varied and requires excellent administration skills and if possible previous experience in HR. Full time hours starting 25 February for 3-6 months (you need to be able to commit for 6 months).
Ideally you will have previous experience working in HR however if not, good all-round admin skills will be considered. The duties include:
Inputting HR documentation
Checking and reconciling reports
Checking employee records
Annual checking of ID
Receiving and processing ad hoc HR queries
Issuing letters etc
You will be using Word and Excel along with Cascade (HR system). There is the potential for this role to become permanent however this is not guaranteed. Commitment for 6 months is required, and it will run for a minimum of 3 months.
A candidate with proven admin skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment providing excellent attention to detail is essential. You need to be able to pick up new skills quickly.
Hours of work are 37.5 (flexible with a start time between 8am and 9am and finish time between 4pm and 5pm).
Hourly rate up to £10 per hour.
