Search HR and Development are recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of a well known brand based in Pontefract. This role is perfect for someone who is a HR Administrator that wants to gain more experience with HR systems and MI.

HR Administrator (Systems)

* Ensuring that the HR database is maintained and up to date at all times.
* Providing an efficient HR Administrative service to the wider HR team covering the full employee lifecycle.
* Assisting with any HR projects when necessary.
* Pulling MI reports and presenting findings to the more senior members of the HR team.
* Analysing and interpreting the MI reports.


* Previous experience within a HR role.
* Excellent Excel skills - must be able to do Pivot tables and vlookups.
* Experience of using a HR System.
* Attention to detail.
