Monday- Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
£13.31 hourly pay rate
4 month temporary assignment
Main duties shall include but are not limited to :
*You will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the establishment records on the HR database (Oracle) to support the overall workforce management.
*You will be required to manage the generic team inbox, responding to queries on the establishment and employee information as well as annual leave and other general queries.
*You will work with colleagues from the Data and Information team, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and service managers to identify errors in the establishment data, rectifying these issues as and when identified.
*The monthly payroll deadline will be worked towards to make sure that employees are reflected correctly in their roles with accurate pay and position information. This will ensure that they are ready for the pay run to be run by the payroll team resulting in employees being paid correctly.
*You will occasionally be asked to produce reports on the establishment and the work that you are carrying out. These reports will be completed in Excel.
The successful candidate should have :
*Use of Oracle system, specifically Human Capital Metrics management, is ideal or experience with other HR management systems
*Knowledge of HR transactional processes
*Communication skills with an audience of different seniority
*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Accurate data input in a timely manner
*Ability to develop new ICT skills at a quick pace
