This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Londons' largest developers as a Housing Officer. Previous experience as a Housing Officer, Lease Advisor or Tenancy Manager is essential as this role will be very busy and demanding, The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of an efficient customer led, estate and facilities management service to their range of residents and is focused on managing anti-social behaviour (ASB).

Duties for the Housing Officer:

Tenancy management- Dealing with breaches of tenancy and lease or any changes to the tenancy engaging with tenants throughout
Dealing with all aspects of anti-social behaviour (ASB)
Keep up to date with all legislations
Keep all records up to date
Taking action when a tenancy is breached

Skills profile of the Housing Officer:

Previous experience in dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
Strong customer service ethos
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to present to stakeholders and at court when necessary
Handle complaints verbally and in writing
Highly organised
Commercially aware
Strong IT skills
Knowledge and experience of housing law and taking legal action for tenancy breaches
Driving licence and own car

Package for the Housing Officer:

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
£28 - £33,000 (Depending on experience)
Car Allowance

This is a role centred round providing high levels of customer service and dealing with a range of anti-social behaviour cases (ASB), so the chosen Housing Officer needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast place estate management position in either the public or private sector.
