Are you a natural people person? Do you have experience within a customer service position? Are you looking for a new challenge to utilise your communication skills?

Working within a call centre environment, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls for whistleblowing and Hotline- so making reports and forwarding the details on to be investigated.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills - confident communicating over the telephone.
  • Have experience in a customer service role.
  • Be enthusiastic, motivated and a natural people person.

This is a Full position with the intention of taking the right person on permanently

You must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-11pm Monday to Friday and able to work every other weekend.
