Hotel Services Catering Assistant
Are you an experienced, knowledgeable, positive and enthusiastic, Catering Assistant (Hospital / Clinical – catering) with an eye for detail based in the Bath area. You will receive a salary of £16,009.50 and group pension. We’ll provide you with access to a committed Learning and Development team, and we work closely with Universities and Health Education England to further your potential and support your progression. We will offer a combination of in house eLearning, workshops and courses to support your development.

You’ll access our central online health and lifestyle platform covering healthy recipes, activity challenges, and support information around mental health.
You will be working within the Catering Department, providing cook / chill graded meals as well as snacks and sandwiches (made in house) for service users. The Catering Assistant will be flexible in their approach and responsible for meeting the needs of the Catering Service. This in turn will complement the delivery of service user care by our clinical staff.
To ensure the Catering Department meets the required cleaning standards and a HACCP plan is followed in relation to food delivery, preparation, cooking and serving. You will be supporting the Hospital’s Catering operations which is in operation 365 days a year and open daily from 08:45 – 18:00. The Catering Assistant is required to work morning or afternoon shifts and weekends on a rota basis to support the team.
