- Provide Specialist Support to customers - both internal and external - across a portfolio of high-end managed and hosted products.

- Pro-actively undertake fault trend analysis in relation to Managed Solutions and Systems 'in-life’ to ensure they remain fit for purpose and adequately meet client needs.
- Provide both ad-hoc and formal support across the team as required, to ensure that technical skills remain at the level required to provide an exceptional service to our client base.
- Provide an escalation and support for complex technical solutions issues.
- Work closely with other dedicated technical teams, as well as Technical Solutions and Product Development, on product and platform implementation - including the formulation of detailed and robust 'in-life’ support plans.
- In conjunction with the customer, service provider(s), and inter-departmental colleagues, undertake technically detailed diagnostic and troubleshooting routines.
- In the event of an MSO, and in liaison with all relevant departments, undertake 'emergency’ fault diagnostics and resolution.
