Class 1 Driver - Immediate Start | Horndean Yard

We are currently seeking a reliable and confident Class 1 Driver for an exciting temporary opportunity with an immediate start. This position will be based out of our yard in Horndean and will run for the next 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monday to Friday work (No weekends!)

• Curtain side deliveries - no handballing required (all deliveries are forklifted at the site)

• Occasional trips to London

• Very rare overnight stays, with prior notice provided

• Standard working hours: 6 AM - 5 PM

What we Offer:

• £19 per hour on Umbrella or £17 per hour on PAYE

• Weekly pay

• Immediate start with a 4-week contract

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 HGV licence

• Confident driver with experience handling curtain side deliveries

• Willingness to travel to London on occasion and accept the rare overnight stay (with advance notice)

• A positive and professional attitude
