As an experienced Business leader, the Head of Sales UK will be responsible of the Strategy, Team development/retention and revenues generated for his/her remit (Country / Sector).

The Head of Sales will be part of the Leadership team and will be closely working with the CTO, COO, CMO and CEO and he/she will report directly to Hirefirst CEO.

Identify, prospect, convert and act as both new business development and account manager with our clients.

The Head of Sales will ensure an in-depth on-boarding on the HireFirst platform by advising and coaching Clients in order to facilitate his/her platform experience & candidate journey, interactions and self-service on the platform.

This will require the Head of Sales to provide Clients with their recruitment industry expertise so they can take the power of their recruitment process and drive their recruitment strategy within the HireFirst platform.

1. Strategy
In charge of the Country/Sector strategy including :
* Country strategy and development
* Market strategy (go to market, offers, positioning, specialisation)
* Product evolution
* Strategic projects
* Events
* Working closely with HireFirst Leadership team (IT, Digital marketing, Sales)

2. Management
* Customer Success Managers' Team management
* Internal recruitment
* Training / coaching
* Responsible of his/her P&L
* Matrix management (Hub)

3. Business Development
* Account management of existing Clients
* Business development (new clients), creating prospecting strategy to maintain a healthy pipeline of lead conversion
* Generate new Customers leads from qualified Clients & referrals
* Respond and qualify a high volume of incoming leads
* Convert client's leads from Digital Marketing
* High levels of Client Care and follow up
* Event Management & responsible for client population of these events

4. Quality of Service
* On-boarding : create a great impression with Clients by providing them with a meaningful experience on the platform
* Build and maintain engagement with Clients by providing them key insights and follow up
* Helping Clients to get the "Power Back" (agile and collaborative approach)
* Assist and advise Clients on their Employer Branding
* Recruitment process follow up (Client side)
* Coaching Clients on topics such as: technical project management, staffing strategy, conducting interview tips and process, managing an offer, Salary surveys & industry insights
* Advise on market trends and an effective recruitment process (using HireFirst analytics)
* Recruitment process follow up
* Ensuring updates are tracked in the relevant CRM system
* Deliver on promises & manage expectations
* Create relationships with influencers

5. Collaborative approach
* Constantly collect Client's feedback on their experience on the platform (and on functionalities)
* Working closely with the Talent Coaches
* Writing Content to drive marketing campaigns & brand awareness
* Organise and attend events with Talent Coaches (professional events to organise such as meetup, event to participate in, …)
* Participate in organising and driving weekly meetings with all business stakeholders (including Digital Marketing, IT and Sales operations…)
* Work collaboratively with Management to take HireFirst to its desired optimal state

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* At least 3 years' experience in Team management (recruit, develop, retain)
* At least 5 years' experience in Sales (ideally with recruitment experience)
* Experience in developing Clients in a full lifecycle capacity
* Ability to positively communicate both verbally & in written form (good drafting qualities)
* Ability to positively influence Clients
* Proven Digital interest
* Ability to create agility (start-up model)
* Able to set and measure performance targets
* Customer centric approach
* Securing subscriptions & outcomes based completions (Clients side)
* Can-do positive attitude
