Independent, creative agency based in the NQ of Manchester's city centre is looking for a Head of Operations / Operations Manager to join their team on-site.

An immediate start is available for the right person!
(They will also be open to applicants notice periods).

Excellent communication & organisational skills are key to this role, as you will be liaising with the designers, artworkers, account managers, the MD, Ops Director and external suppliers.

Your role will be to implement new systems, streamline & manage the workflow process, prioritise projects, plan the schedules out, source extra resources and make sure everything is on-time, on-brief and on-budget.

Ideally you will have a large agency background and will be looking for a challenge. This is a new role for the agency, so you will be able to progress & develop with the agency as the team grows.

Projects will be varied covering both print & digital across a number of different sectors. Working in a busy studio environment, no two days will ever be the same! This is a great agency with a lovely culture & ambitious growth plans!
