As a member of our UK-based remote team, you will contribute to our mission of providing life-affirming experiences to a network of thousands of students in spaces such as yoga, meditation, gardening, marketing and creative!

With a multi-million pound turnover and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to hire a Head of Growth. This is an incredible opportunity for a Head of Growth to spearhead the growth of our company and help scale it to enhance growth, profitability, and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Experience in overseeing people management operations to ensure smooth operational workflows, facilitating and supporting the company's growth trajectory;

  • Strong budget management skills, with a track record of effectively allocating ad spend to maximize growth and ROI, accompanied by the ability to format and present comprehensive weekly reports;

  • Demonstrated expertise in B2C customer retention and loyalty strategies, including successful implementation of initiatives to enhance acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction within the consumer market segment;

  • Exceptional leadership abilities, including the capacity to collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing strategies and build and manage a high-performing marketing team;

  • Proven experience in developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various channels, including proficiency in creating and optimizing funnels, landing pages, and A/B tests.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years proven track record of scaling a brand in multi-channel environments;

  • You must have deep knowledge when it comes to paid social and customer acquisition funnels;

  • You will need to prove your expertise across media buying, angle/hook creative testing, developing offers, and landing pages;

  • You must have a fundamental understanding of how retention channels;

  • You will need to prove that you can give fast and decisive feedback to copywriters/designers while being able to launch logical tests for popups/collection tools and identify gaps in flows;

  • You should be able to oversee people management operations, including direct involvement in ensuring smooth operational workflows to support company growth, as well as directly managing and developing a team.

  • Your organizational skills are exemplary, and your communication is adept;

  • You possess the ability to assemble and lead a talented team as our business expands;

  • Your genuine passion for promoting healthy lifestyles resonates deeply with our brand values;

Package:

  • Up to £120,000 per annum plus bonus;

  • Remote working + flexible start times;

  • The opportunity to become part of our Senior Leadership Team.
