Head of Development
Avanti Recruitment is working with a market-leading Software Development company that specialises in Financial Technical Solutions. Due to the continued growth and expansion to a wider client base, we are now seeking a hands-on Head of Development to join the team. In this role, you will be able to build a team around you and will be joining an already talented wider collective.
We are looking for people with a Full-stack background with strong PHP experience.
Their office is based in Nottingham/London and would like to see you in either office around once a month.
The company is at an exciting stage as they continue to expand into new markets and disrupt the sector they work in.
You will be helping to lead a UI overhaul with a Senior Front End Developer, being able to have autonomy in this. The company is headed up by a successful entrepreneur who has led the company to great success over a number of years.
We are looking for someone that is happy to grow with the company as it continue to expand. You will be hands-on and be involved in further developing both the companies internal systems and client-facing products.

- JavaScript
- HTML/CSS
- SQL
The role offers a salary of up to £80,000 with 25 days holiday plus BH, 3% pension, yearly bonus and health insurance.
