As part of the hotels management team, reporting to the Operations Manager, our Head Housekeepers support their teams to ensure that guests enjoy a consistently perfect Premier Inn stay. Super organized and committed to the highest standards, you'll be all about enabling your team. That includes helping new people to find their way and established team members to develop their skills and knowledge through ongoing training. Everything you do, from managing laundry through making sure everything works to controlling the deep cleaning schedule, will impact on guests so you'll be relentlessly focused on ensuring they enjoy the best possible experience.
Ideally, you'll have experience gained in a similar role or environment. So you'll know about and understand housekeeping operations, health and safety and working efficiently. Though more important is a flexible, adaptable approach, clear customer focus and an eye for detail – it's a busy and diverse role where your only aim is to help our guests feel brilliant, through a great night's sleep.
