Are you currently a Barista looking for a role with more responsibility, and would like have no evening work?  If so, our client based in Thetford are now looking for an experienced Barista to join their friendly team.  You will be responsible for 2 members of staff and be ensuring high quality standards, and maintaining the fantastic reputation they have for coffee. You will be part of a medium sized catering department who are well respected in the area for their food and drinks.

As the Head Barista you will be:
  • Leading the team serving hot and cold drinks
  • Guiding and training staff to produce high quality coffee
  • The coffee expert and passionate about it
  • Ensuring equipment and work areas are maintained to a high standard
  • Ordering stock and stock taking

As the Head Barista you will have:
  • Experience as a Barista and a passion for the role
  • Experience of leading a team would be an advantage
  • Great customer skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to be creative with coffee art.
