Handyperson

My client is looking for a Handyperson on a permanent basis working 40 hours a week 5 out of 7 days including weekends on a rota basis paying £29,000 per annum

Must Have

• Previous experience as a Handyperson essential - ideally in a hotel
• Complete the guest bedroom PPM schedule including quarterly AC filter cleaning and showerhead descaling
• General plumbing including Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
• Attend to guest maintenance requests and assisting in general repairs and maintenance
• General painting & decorating
• Identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety
• Maintaining up-to-date records of all the scheduled maintenance tasks
• Carry out minor painting and decorating repairs as necessary
• Professional manner as will be dealing with hotel guests
