Grounds Maintenance Operative
£24,000 to £25,000 (Depending on experience)
Full Time / 40 hour working week

Do you hold a full UK driving licence?

Are you looking for a permanent role with training and development?

If so, we have a great opportunity to join our team in the Maidstone area as a Grounds Maintenance Operative in the horticulture industry.

You will be the face of our company dealing directly with our customers, undertaking gardening, grass cutting, hedging and various grounds maintenance.  You will maintain our customers floral displays and grounds while using a variety of tools to achieve the best results and a job you can be proud of. All training will be provided and you will have access to accredited qualifications.

About you?
  • You must hold a clean, full manual driving licence (or with less than 6 points)
  • Do you meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check?
  • Do you have experience with manual labour?
  • Do you enjoy working outdoors?
  • If you will hold PA1, PA6, Lantra or NPTC qualifications you may be considered for one of our skilled roles with additional benefits
