Cygnet Health Care are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.
We are keen to find a Graphic Designer to be responsible for the design of all offline and online marketing activity.

Our Graphic Designer responsibilities include;
• Support the marketing department on a wide range of offline and online design projects including brochures, presentations, logos, exhibition graphics, visual systems, web banners, print and campaigns
• Take creative responsibility for small to medium-scale projects
• Contribute ideas to help achieve marketing objectives
• Manage photo library, marketing assets and complete image searches
• Design of adhoc projects from the wider organisation
• Liaise with agencies / suppliers to ensure projects are on track and to standards
• Basic retouching and image manipulation
• Prepare artwork to print/production specifications
• Obtain printing/production estimates
• Manage own workload to agreed priorities
You will have;
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Education to degree level, preferably in Graphic Design
• Demonstrate commercial experience within an agency or in-house design environment
• Experience in healthcare not essential but preferred
• Proven ability to understand and add to brief to create clear compelling communications
• A balanced portfolio full of well thought out creative and solid design executions to demonstrate your suitability for the role
• Mac literate and skilled in InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of video editing and animation software is advantageous
• A keen eye for clean design, meticulous attention to detail and a passionate commitment to excellence
• A passion for typography, creativity and imagery
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
• A keen interest in learning and developing as a designer
• Ability to act as a brand guardian, with an understanding of the principles of brand management and the application of an appropriate visual identity
• Responsibility of his/her own self-development and for identifying any additional training needs
• Experience of designing for digital channels, web content management systems with an understanding of CSS would be an advantage
• Proven ability to initiate and sustain harmonious and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work as part of a team
