Graduate Technical Business Analyst
Need A-Level Mathematics
Location: Birmingham
On-site: 5 days in office for the first 4 months
2 days in office after successful pass of training
Starting Salary: £30,500 increasing to £32,500 upon successful completion of the 4-month training

As a Graduate Technical Business Analyst, you will be integral to the overall success, contributing to core system development, web solutions, or even product implementations.

You have a wide variety of options, in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions, addressing intricate technical challenges with a structured and logical approach.

Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and translate them into precise specifications.

Requirements:

  • Successful applicants will be self-starters with a 2:1 or 1st in any STEM subject, excellent A-levels (including an A in Maths)
  • strong problem-solving skills. Be logical, well-organized, and practical, ready to take on responsibility and learn new skills quickly.
  • Strong collaboration skills are essential, and computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel) is expected.
  • Some roles may require client-focused skills and effective communication. Both internal and external.

Training:
New joiners undergo concentrated initial training and mentoring, while industry-standard courses are encouraged for all colleagues. Senior team members have the flexibility to choose courses with dedicated time and funding.

Career Path:
As a Graduate Technical Business Analyst, you will work towards tailored targets, feedback, and mentorship to drive your growth. Evolving into Senior or Lead roles with opportunities in management, technical, or hybrid directions. Taking on responsibilities such as managing junior colleagues, project deliveries, researching new technologies, or contributing to infrastructure improvements.
