My unique client based in Fakenham are looking for a part time goods in administrator.
You will need to have a strong administration background and ideally worked in a goods in department previously or have some knowledge of this department and duties.
You will be:
Dealing with emails, ensuring that all of the details are correct for each order - eye for detail is essential
Referring to the database and systems to book in each arrival
Ensuring the statuses of each order are correct at all times
Communicating with each department to ensure each process is complete
Accurately entering all of the details in to the distribution planner
Contact suppliers and confirm all details are correct, times, quantity, reference numbers
Urgently reporting any discrepancies to amend.
Good eye for detail- comparing the details on forms and bespoke systems
Strong written and verbal communications skills - Phone and email
Good computer skills, including Microsoft word, excel, outlook
Good literacy and numeracy
Ability to follow instructions, and to work quickly and effectively, flexible and able to meet deadlines and calmness under pressure
This is a temporary role until January 2018 so you must be able to commit until this time.
Working 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, The client is flexible as to which hours will work for you.
