Client:

  • Operating within a dynamic Global Commercial Excellence team, your mission would be to craft high-impact shopper strategies for global retailers enhancing visibility along the omni-shopper journey!

Role:

  • Shape Global Retail Excellence: Lead high-impact shopper strategies globally, influencing retailers to execute the Category Strategy.
  • Perfect Omni-Store Pioneer: Develop their omni-store execution strategy, guiding teams in Presence, Placement, Promotion, Pricing, and Point-of-Purchase.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership: Elevate shopper thought leadership, bringing superior strategic thinking to shopper marketing drivers that fuel the Category Strategy.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with Global Brand and Regions to infuse shopper-centric thinking into the company’s innovation, growth planning, and strategy review processes.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate and refine Perfect Omni-Store execution regularly, ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven insights and scorecards.
  • Innovation Advocate: Work with Net Revenue Management to improve omni-shopper marketing tactics ROI, staying connected externally with the latest competitive moves and trends.

Ideal Candidate:

  • We are seeking a thought leader for Shopper & Trade Marketing ideally with experience within global markets
  • Strong Commercial background in multiple markets and categories within consumer goods
  • Ability to collaborate, manage, influence, and motivate across organisational boundaries.
  • Exceptional communication skills are a must, with the ability to build relationships quickly and challenge the status quo when necessary.
  • Commercially astute, with a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated resilience, agility, and personal accountability.
