Global Head of Operations

We're looking for someone to take on the position of Global Head of Operations who isn't afraid to take the bull by the horns. The role is a new, pivotal position in the business, required as this company continue to grow across the globe. As a key member of the leadership team, we're keen to speak to those who are looking to be part of something exciting and relish the opportunity to come in with strategies and ideas.

The key area's of responsibility will focus around staff retention, development and growth, defining and delivering client & internal service level agreements as well as continually optimising operational profitability across all area's of the business.

With a flexible attitude to work-life balance, a focus on empowering staff at all levels throughout the business, competent teams across all departments and a passion for delivering an offline personal service rather than pushing everything online, you'll be joining a business that isn't looking to be like anyone else.

What we're looking for in you:

• A senior management level of experience gained with Operations in a TMC
• A passionate leader who is able to demonstrate how they've built, developed and retained teams.
• A sharp sense of business acumen, dedicated to profitability but not at the cost of client services.
• A focused individual who prides themselves on their vision and creativity.
• You can be based anywhere in the UK providing you are happy to commute to London when required.
