Urbanberry Recruitment was born in 2017 and was created from a desire to combine a wealth of recruitment industry knowledge with a tried and tested working partnership. The Directors of the company, Caroline and Emma, have a track record of success within this sector and felt it was now the time to branch out and create a business to call their own.

Caroline has been recruiting for the corporate travel industry for over 13 years. She started working in the travel industry and realised her passion for exploring the world could be a reality. After much planning, she took a 2 year career break and created some of the most amazing memories. On her return she fell in to a High Street recruitment role but soon realised how much she missed the industry buzz and that she could combine the two sectors. Her passion and dedication to her career has seen her establish an unrivalled reputation in the corporate travel recruitment market.

Emma’s career started off in the travel industry and spans a wide range of roles within this sector. Her work in positions such as airline group sales, cabin crew and business travel / tour specialist made the transition in to recruiting for this sector a natural move. Her in depth understanding of the roles she recruits for resulted in winning awards at previous recruitment companies where her natural ability to connect client and candidate didn’t go unnoticed. Having been in recruitment now for over 5 years, she is motivated and hard working, enjoying the everyday rollercoaster that is modern day recruitment!
