Job Title: German speaking Customer Operations Executive

Location: Egham, Surrey (Hybrid)

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum + discretionary annual bonus

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient German Speaking Customer Operations Executive to join our client’s dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role will be based on a hybrid model, located near Egham, offering a stimulating work environment and excellent opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly and efficiently to product queries in a professional manner.
• Managing order processing and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Handling pricing inquiries and processing returns when necessary.
• Managing key accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinating deliveries and liaising with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in German is essential.
• Proven experience in B2B customer service, supply chain, logistics, or sales coordination/administration.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry is highly advantageous.
• Ability to commute to Staines on a hybrid basis.
