I am currently looking for a German Sales Administrator to work for a friendly family owned company in the heart of Bristol,

If you speak Polish this would be an advantage but not essential.

You will receive a salary of £19,000

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.45am - 2.00pm
Free parking on site

You will receive fantastic training and ongoing support from your team, you will sit in a lovely refurbished office with a fantastic friendly team.

The main role will be to aid with developing new business and generating appointments for Field Sales personnel in the DACH and Poland Regions, whilst also expanding knowledge of the company brand.

As an Internal New Business Management and Lead Generation Assistant you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls/emails per day, working closely with your appointed field sales representatives, generating interest, qualifying prospects and setting appointments.

You will:
o Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
o Understand customer needs and requirements.
o Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
o Achieve or exceed quarterly targets.
o Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
o Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the designated region.
o Work collaboratively with reps to build a quote pipeline.


" Confident communicating via telephone with great communication skills

" Willingness to learn

" Strong phone presence and experience with Microsoft Word + Excel

" Experience working with GoldMine or similar CRM, not essential as training will be provided.

" Strong listening and presentation skills

" Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

" Need to be sales - driven and exert great communication skills as well as good social media/digital support skills, driving leads through all mediums currently operate in and any niche sector/country specific.

" Willing to travel within Europe to attend trade shows.
