Role: Secondary Geography Teacher
Location: Raunds, Northampton
Salary: £34,514 to £51,179 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
The Role:
As a Secondary Geography Teacher, you will have the opportunity to engage and inspire students, fostering their curiosity and understanding of the world around them. You will deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and motivate learners of all abilities, ensuring each student reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging geography lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Geography or related field
* Proven experience teaching geography at the secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best
