We are looking for a versatile and ambitious Geography NQT who displays high expectations. You will arrive already having been graded as at least 'Good' in your training and show a drive to improve. This post requires a Geography NQT who has the skills to deliver lessons with an enviable amount of enthusiasm to inspire and engage pupils, supported by an excellent subject knowledge.
This Geography NQT position will see you teaching mixed ability classes, initially across KS3 and KS4. You will be supported n your development by the dynamic and knowledgeable Second in Department, an experienced mentor who has helped develop many NQTs into 'Outstanding' teachers. The Humanities Department as a whole and very supportive and never be short of a helping hand. You will also benefit from the bespoke CPD, equipping you with the skills to become the practitioner you hope to be.
