General Ledger and Payroll Manager
Accord is an independently-owned marketing agency based in Central London. We are looking for a professional and conscientious General Ledger and Payroll Manager to join our finance team, reporting to the Finance Director.
Key responsibilities include:
• Cashbook maintenance and bank reconciliations
• Daily bank monitoring
• Cashflow reporting
• Managing expenses and petty cash
• Reconciling credit cards
• Processing bulk online transactions including direct debits and BACS payments
• Monthly payroll processing (SAGE 50) including auto-enrolment pension management
You will have solid experience of managing general ledger and payroll within a commercial organisation and will have a collaborative approach, with the ability to work successfully with other departments and colleagues at all levels.
