Functional ServiceNow Consultant / Scrum Master

9 Month contract (with scope to extend)

£470 per day via Umbrella engagement

Sanderson is currently working with a business who require a ServiceNow SME with good functional skills and experience of Agile Methodologies to oversee and guide the ServiceNow Development team.

• In depth knowledge of ServiceNow Platform in particular Employee Centre, Finance and Procurement
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• A professional qualification as a Scrum Master (e.g.,Scrum.org's Professional Scrum Master certification (Level I, Level II, Level III)
• Experience of sizing technical projects related to Service Now
• Experience of developing workflows and processes into Service Now
• Experience of Process and Customer Journey mapping
• Experience of engaging authoritatively and effectively with internal colleagues and external suppliers
• Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities
