£14,500 - 16,000 + Bonus

Newcastle - Central Station

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor positions for a call centre in central Newcastle (Central Station - 3 mins walk). As a Customer Service Advisor you will deal with the existing customers of a global mobile phone brand.

What will you get as a Customer Service Advisor

  • 16,000-18,000 basic
  • Monthly bonus between 200-300
  • Variable shifts covering 8am - 9.30pm Monday to Sunday
  • Fully paid 2 week training
  • 28 days paid holiday
