Full Stack .NET Developer

Avanti Recruitment is currently partnered with a Financial Service company based in Edinburgh, which is looking for a remote Lead .NET Developer to join their current team and become a vital asset towards driving existing and new projects forward.

Their new projects include modernising their systems to .NET 6 and introducing frameworks such as React and Blazor. The Head of IT joined a year ago and has visioned an exciting plan for the company and they have recently upgraded their legacy on-prem software to modern cloud-based systems such as Azure.

Since launching in 2010 they have supported change by providing outsourced investment services to private banks, family businesses, and offices. Their main office is in Edinburgh but they do offer flexible remote working.

They are a remote-first company whilst still building great relationships with everyone to create a positive work environment. They meet up once per month for collaborations and enjoy team game nights with pizza, beer and ping pong!

You will be joining a team that is currently made up of 6 developers and you will report to the Development Manager who is well experienced and has been part of the company for 8 years and has enjoyed every moment of it.

You will play an important part within the team as you will lead projects, mentor less senior developers and put a voice towards using new tech and upgrades for projects. You will get full ownership of projects, by working the full development lifecycle which means you will always see your finished product.
