THE FRONT- END SOFTWARE ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:

• Full lifecycle involvement in software development, including design, testing, and deployment on AWS.
• Seeking a candidate with strong Agile and DevOps commitment for team collaboration.
• Crafting clean, maintainable features and problem-solving for optimal outcomes.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs, adhere to quality standards, and follow engineering practices.
• Contributing to technical debt management for system security and reliability.
• Defining test strategies emphasising security and user experience.
• Conducting thorough code reviews for high-quality software.
• Advocating for team effectiveness and process improvements.
• Fostering collaboration and mentoring junior engineers.
• Researching new technologies and sharing insights within the developer community.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Experienced in crafting modern single-page web and native applications using JavaScript frameworks like React and React Native.
• Proficient in fundamental web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Skilled in web application design principles and state management. Collaborates on design systems and component libraries.
• Prioritises customer satisfaction and user experience. Deep understanding of mobile app architecture (MVP, MVVM, Flux). Applies clean code and architecture principles like SOLID and Onion.
• Familiar with GraphQL, AWS Cloud Services, and Docker. Hands-on experience with native Android/iOS app development. Knowledgeable about HTTP, TLS, and interacting with RESTful web services.
• Experienced in testing methodologies and Agile practices. Proficient in Git, CMS, CDN, and CI/CD tools like GitLab.
• Skilled in debugging and resolving complex issues. Actively participates in code reviews and communicates effectively with diverse teams. Desirable familiarity with PHP.
