My clients a growing freight forwarder seeking an experienced FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK- must be fluent in either French or Italian based within the Mayfair area.

Duties would include:

  • Assisting with shipping documentation
  • Quoting clients
  • Liaising with other offices within the UK & Europe
  • Building relationship with clients
  • Handling any queries
  • General customer service and admin

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of import and export operations
  • Fluent in English and either French or Italian (written and verbal)
  • Experience using Boxtop - desirable
  • PC literate
  • 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 0900-1800 (office based)
