Impact Teachers are currently recruiting for a committed and driven Food Technology Teacher who is able to teach Food Technology to all levels including A Level at an impressive school in Buckinghamshirel. This is a fulltime position to start for the new academic year in September 2018. The ideal candidate would be a committed teacher dedicated to supporting students as they reach their full potential, as well as a pro-active team member who can contribute to the wider community of the school.
This is a specialist college in the Performing Arts. It is a popular 11-18 co-educational school and the staff are committed to continuing to raise achievement and to ensure that each student attains their full potential. The school has a successful and expanding Sixth Form. Each year group is led by an experienced Head of Year and are supported by teams of dedicated form tutors. There is an excellent induction programme and an international feel to the staffroom.
Key Responsibilities of the job include:
- Planning and developing well-structured lessons across the secondary Food Technology curriculum to all pupils.
- Liaising with the staff teams to develop programs of learning.
- Assessing and reviewing pupil development.
