Exciting opportunity for an experienced Food Safety Advisor to be part of an industry leading company.
Overseeing all activities for food safety management systems, you will be expected to develop, manage and perform a range of audit and pre-audit activities, present training courses, provide guidance and consultancy in the area of food safety management systems under guidance from your line manager and other colleagues.
The role will consist of both short and long term technical and scientific projects, giving you the opportunity to work with several departments within the company.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in a technical and/or quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
A formal qualification in HACCP level 4 is essential to be able to fulfil the expected job requirements. In addition you must be excellent at time management and possess excellent communication skills.
NB - Due to the location of the laboratory, you must have access to your own transport.
