Our client, an FM Service Provider require a customer service focused Account Director for a high profile contract based out of the West Midlands.

The FM Account Director will assume ultimate responsibility for the provision and accountability of a TFM contract for a major West Midlands based client.
Reporting into you will be a Head of Hard Services & a Head of Soft Services who will work closely with you to ensure that a high calibre of FM services are delivered at all times to your client. Your role as the Account Director will be to ensure that these standards are upheld and you will be working very closely with the customer to understand their needs and to ensure that their needs are met in line with both contractual and legal requirements.
As the Account Director you will have complete control of all financial and commercial aspects of the contract and will manage this accordingly so that the contract is ran in a commercially sensible and profitable manner. You will be responsible for the staffing of the contract and will need to ensure that your teams are well trained and motivated to deliver a operation of FM services.
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience of working withing a senior Facilities Management position previously. It would be expected that you will have had prior budget responsibility of at least £20m in previous roles.
Your approach to work will very much be a customer centric approach and you will be confident in dealing with and working closely with multiple and senior stakeholders.

The role is site based in the West Midlands so you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of the West Midlands. Remote working is not an option with this particular contract.
A salary of up to £100,000 is on offer plus car and bonus.
