We are working with a US-based proprietary trading firm specializing in fixed-income relative value strategies. The firm is in a growth stage due to sustained strong performance, and have begun taking external capital from investors. They are looking to add PM and trading talent from a fixed income relative value background, ideally with a track-record of high Sharpe strategies. They are open to speaking with candidates based elsewhere or unable to relocate, and would be open to fully-remote working for the right candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an innovative and growing business, coupled with the potential for fully-remote working.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record (2+ Sharpe) in fixed income relative value trading or portfolio management, preferably at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or investment bank.
  • Understanding of fixed income instruments, including bonds, interest rate swaps, futures, and options.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
  • Excellent risk management acumen and the ability to navigate complex market environments.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
