DESCRIPTION - Fintech -Sales Director

My client is one of the fastest growing Fintechstartups in Europe. They are looking for an experienced Sales Director to help them realise their ambitious growth plans for 2018 and beyond. The Sales Director will be responsible for the commercial performance of the sales team, ensuring they hit their ambitious targets, and directing the sales team (including delegating to the Sales Manager).

The opportunity- Fintech -Sales Director

You’ll join a small product team made up of generalists with strong opinions and an active feedback culture. You’ll be responsible for the look and feel of the digital product experiences, making sure users’ needs are met in a tailored, beautiful, and intuitive way. You’ll work closely with the product managers and developers, but take input from all areas of the business including marketing, sales, risk, analytics, and partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to get involved with a growing business early and influence the design direction of products.

Key Accountabilities of the Fintech -Sales Director

  • Develop and implement our sales strategy and process
  • Adjust and expand each function in the sales team as required (inbound, outbound, customer success etc.)
  • Oversee the professional development of the team, including the Sales Manager
  • Use your professional network to identify commercial opportunities for Funding Options
