My clients a well established freight forwarder specialising within fine art shipping, based within the London area. They are currently seeking A Fine art Shipping coordinator

Daily duties would include:

  • Providing quotes and estimates to clients
  • Import and Export Air Sea and Road Bookings from clients
  • To assist with shipping documents
  • Tracking and updating clients on their shipments
  • Liaising with other Galleries and branches including overseas offices
  • Providing solutions to clients
  • Building a good working relationship with clients
  • General admin including replying to emails

Skills required:

  • Experience within the shipping/freight industry
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Multi-modal
  • Fine arts advantage
  • PC literate
  • 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 0900-1730 (1hr lunch break)
