Our client is one of the regions leading providers of financial advisory services to a range of private client and corporate organisations. Due to sustained growth, they are currently seeking a competent Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
- Providing administration and planning support to Financial Planners and a professional service to new and existing clients
- Undertake client valuations and prepare information ahead of client reviews - Liaising with insurers / providers for new business quotations and updating software accordingly
- Ensuring all client records are kept up to stand and all relevant checks etc are completed
Candidates need to have experience of working within financial services administration. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience of using Adviser Office / First / Avelo would be a distinct advantage.
