Put me in front of a client and I’ll make a sale

And that’s what this advice business will do. They’ll put you in front of clients. Lots of them.

They have exclusive introducer arrangements with over 100 mortgage advice firms. One mortgage business with 8 advisers delivered 180 alone in 2019 for example. And this will all be overseen by a dedicated BDM who will manage these introducers for you.

All the marketing and lead generation stuff you don’t currently get, you’ll get. You’ll spend your time converting and advising. Not chasing. And why shouldn’t you? After all, you’re a financial adviser. You're not the reincarnation of David Ogilvy (and if you need to look him up you definitely aren’t a marketeer).

You’ll get 10% on all the business you write. Meaning you’ll begin to earn bonus straightaway, not in year two or after validation. There’s a healthy starting salary and all the support you’d need, such as paraplanning.

It requires hard work. It needs someone who can turn a lead into a sale. And you’ll cover a decent sized patch (either the northern or southern Home Counties as they are hiring 2 advisers). But the most difficult part, getting in front of a client, is taken care of.

The mortgage advisers will be incentivised to deliver leads. The BDM will train them and qualify the leads. And you’ll be able to contact the client ahead of any appointment making it a very efficient way to plan your diary.

This is a successful, entrepreneurial business. You’ll have support but will be home based so you’ll need to be a self-starter. You'll also need at least two years experience as a Level 4 adviser.

If you’re based in the South East make us aware of your interest (send a CV, leave a number, PM me). We can put you in touch with the business owner. You can then explore it with him before committing too much time.
