Financial Planner

I'm working an award winning provider of Independent Financial Advice with offices across the country.
In the last 5 years they have expanded significantly, making several high profile acquisitions of smaller regional firms.
They plan to continue the acquisition drive and have as many as 17 practices that they are currently in discussions with.

The role is employed paying a basic salary in the region of £40,000 - £55,000.
They offer a very rewarding 50% commission on business written after validating your salary at the 3.2x mark.

This opportunity comes with an active client bank of 80-85 individuals all paying between £800 - £2000 in annual fees.

You will also benefit from a dedicated team of level 4 qualified Paraplanners, leaving you free to focus on servicing the clients and growing the book through referrals and via professional introducers.

These clients are all located within an hour's commute of Bournemouth, giving you a good work/life balance and the opportunity to write more business as a result of less time spent travelling.

You will be an experienced IFA ideally at Chartered status or at least working towards it.
You will have a proven track record of production, writing over £100k per annum as a minimum.
You will have a proactive approach to business development and will be a good networker
Ideally you will have a nucleus of clients to bring to the table, although not essential as this role comes with clients.

I appreciate that the information here is limited, but if you would like to find out more, please feel free to give me a call on the number below or alternatively let me know the best time to contact you and we can arrange a discussion. I look forward to speaking with you in the near future.
